Developing mutations every time you regenerate?

Say there is a character who grows a tentacle, a bird arm, or some wacky shit every time they suffer a wound and regenerate it back, what power would that be?

Not really, well, the character themselves is so corrupted by dark magic which is why they develop mutations but it's also inherent to the character that they grow a new mutation in place of whatever wounds they suffer

is the growth random?
if yes then regeneration with limited biological manipulation. could also be natural weaponry if he grows offensive limbs
if no
probably adaptation

if its so random best to just list the abilities based on what was shown to have mutated into

If he can control it than it could be limited bio manip or shapeshifting, if it's totally random than just list it and link scan.

It is a conditional shapeshifting; if uncontrollable may as well be a weakness.

The growth is random, yes. Although the mutation is almost always offensive in nature, like an extra mouth, arm, tentacle, etc.
