So the verse currently lacks a solid AP value and this CRT is aiming to fix that.
There's this section in the game where Connor chases Kara and Alice into a busy road with automated vehicles that are said to be moving very fast. In this sequence, both Connor and Kara are shown to be able to take multiple grazing hits from these vehicles without suffering any visible damage and continue operating just fine the next day (if they survive of course)
Wouldn't this upgrade them to 9-B? Nope. While they can take some decent hits from cars and trucks, direct impacts will kill them (shown when you fail the QTEs and die). Therefore, I propose that the AP of androids such as the main protagonists should be scaled to these calculations, though either the Average Suburb Speed or the Daily City Travel Speed of cars and pickup trucks only due to them not being able to survive direct impacts from vehicles that are obviously moving at even higher speeds.
