Destructo Disk Buff

So I was thinking about it and the destructo disc seems like the the type of move that can hurt oppoent's with far more Dura then the user's AP

So the first example of the destructo disk being implied a higher AP then the user is in the saiyan saga, here both Nappa and Vegeta try to avoid this attack like the plague despite it being used by someone as weak as Krillin.

The next instance is in the Frieza saga when Krillen managed to do this despite having roughly only planet level AP while Frieza had a Dwarf Star+ Dura and was terrified after the attack landed.

I really want people's input there thoughts if characters that can use attack could get some sort of upgrade.

Krillin only uses the Kienzan on Frieza in canon. Him using it on Buu and Cell is anime only. He should just be "higher with Kienzan".

Does this apply all other character who use this attack like saiyan saga goku (It's kinda worthless in current Goku since there is such a huge gap in his tier)

Isn't the Destructo Disk more like hax than an AP upgrade?

Kienzan and another similar skills are more related to edge than ST and DC, shouldn't be scalable to DC nor Durability; our system doesn't deal with edge stuff for now

This is like, the only true hax in DBZ since it's actually useful against stronger opponents.

^that and the Guldo's ability (not useful when attacks tho), that are sample of haxxed characters in DBZ, pretty weak, but pretty problematic
