In regards to Basil-level threats, Krillin is overpowered.

Yeah, he was losing the mind training game, but he was at least holding his own.

Also, I second thought I'm unsure about Krillin and the other humans being on par with Napapa but Android 18 and the lower end Universe 2 trio easily are above him.

Also that contradicts Toriyama saying that Goten and Trunks technically have more raw power than Krillin.

Yeah his statement is contradicted by feats and Toriyama forget a lot when it comes to his own series anyway .

Also Copy Vegeta was sort of serious against SS3 Gotenks hence why he took 0 damage and repealed him

Copy Vegeta was definitely not serious it's just that Gotenks was too weak to do anything to him and even then Goku/Gohan were shown to be much more serious against Krillin than Vegeta against Gotenks

Why would an evil copy of Vegeta who is kind of intended to be sort of bloodlusted be holding back.

Being evil and being bloodlusted doesn't automatically means he was going all out, it was made pretty clear that Vegeta was toying with him

Gohan and Goku on the other hand were holding back a lot against Krillin

Same goes for vegeta against Gotenks and yet Krillin still performed far better than him .

While I do agree Krillin should be 4-B as well as the Katchin busters scaling from the likes of Basil and Napapa

Goku and Gohan were purposely holding back a lot more than Copy Vegeta ever was. And it's not contradicted it just means Krillin is smarter, not stronger than Goten or Trunks. In fact, the only reason humans were in ToP is simply because Toriyama didn't just want Super Saiyans power creeping but underdogs using their wits against stronger opponents.
