Or rather, I think the Final Shape is High 1-B and the Witness has access to it. I've pretty much finished the Witness's profile, so I made this CRT to get its High 1-B rating evaluated. Abilities aren't really a point of discussion as they're either not controversial or based on previously accepted revisions.

To sum up the reasoning for High 1-B:
Now we ultimately do not get a lot of information on the Hilbert space, but I do think the infinite universe that contains said space could qualify for High 1-B. And to be clear, outside of the Final Shape nothing scales to this in any way.

To sum up the reasoning for High 1-B:
- The Final Shape explicitly affects the entire universe and encompasses everything.
- Part of this would be the Hilbert space to which the Pyramidion leads.
- The Hilbert space is stated to be an infinite-dimensional functional space.
- It's stated that those outside cannot know when the Guardian will have transcended their reality, while navigating through the Hilbert space.
