Depowered Lucifer Morningstar attack potency upgrade

So, I just remembered that when a depowered Lucifer learned that the letter of passage given to him by the Presence was a one way trip , he casted a spell on it so that if the Presence ever close the gate, the rest of Creation would be unmade

Isnt this a High 1-B feat? because the Creation in Lucifer is an infinite dimensional one

I think it's implied though "No longer an Angent of God " " No longer a Lord of Hell " IMO implies this is depowered Lucifer.

It's a feat for Lucifer without his wings. This is from chapter 3, Lucifer retrieved his wings on chapter 8

Wings are not the reason that make him weaker. It is the lack of Morningstar Powers. He states that even without his wings he could destroy Delirium of the Endless in Sandman.

I dont remember him threatening Delirium, anyway, if his "powerless" key is after he gave Mazikeen his morningstar power and not when he doesnt have his wings, then I think you can close this

Well, Delirium sought out Lucifer to ask him for help against the Kindly Ones/The Fates, when they were killing Dream, so I did not have impression that he was weakened at the time.

Yeah, when Delirium visited Lux, all Lucifer said was that he vowed to Destroy dream once, how Dream cant change/leave his responsibilities and that he cant help Dream now
