Pretty simple revision. The Department of Unreality gets its resistances to mind and conceptual manipulation from SCP-7079, but the DoU no longer exists (ha) in the article, having been replaced by the Department of Deletions.

(Minor grammar/spelling revision as well: it should be "Non-Physical Interaction (Alex Thorley has shown to be able to catch nonexistent[5] fish[5]" rather than the current "Non-Physical Interaction (Alex Thorely has shown to be able to catch nonexistent[5] fishes[5]"
