It is still specific; Ultima thought transduality type 1 at best, regarding transduality in the verse.
Pretty sure being separate from duality as a whole is type 2 by definition.

i have a problem with law manipulation
Law Manipulation: Demons that are on the same level of demonic sponsors such as Noah can create and base the rules of reality off of one's ideals/personal beliefs. Reasons are schools of thought, meant to reshape new worlds focusing around the users' philosophies
Its is not sated that the laws of reality are being shaped and reshaping laws based around philosophies is just reality warping

But it is explained by Hikawa, an extremely knowledgable figure in Nocturne that in fact started the plot--- Says that a demonic sponsor will change the very foundation of reality and that reality will function according that maker's belief. Such as when Demi-Fiend in the reason endings literally remade his ideal world with a thought

The point is that the foundation of that universe itself is going to be based on a philosphy\ideal that of course has certain functionings. Making it a law the universe will immutably follow
