Demon Slayer Unarmed

My friend and I were rereading the Akaza fight after she asked me how strong Demon Slayers are when unarmed, and if Slashing weapons are "higher" or "far higher" than a character's base power.

When Tanjiro's sword slips from his numb hands, he punches Akaza in the face, and it does nothing.
(Also when Tanjiro did his famous headbutt on Akaza, it also got tanked.)

I am wondering how strong Tanjiro is unarmed, and if his tier would be different?

Tanjiro's mother was able to KO a wild boar with a headbutt, and Tanjiro's inherited her tough forehead. So it is safe to conclude that his headbutts are more powerful than his punches.

Tanjiro's headbutt was also ineffective against Gyutaro, and the version he used against Akaza should be more powerful.

But then again, Gyutaro/Akaza were immensely stronger than Tanjiro, and punching a demon with decent regen is pointless.

Sword forms are meant to complement Breathing techniques so they'll result in higher AP; Obanai and Shinobu are lacking in brute strength but can still deliver powerful attacks through technique. In general, there are statements about how Breathing allows one to be strong like a demon, and Demon Slayers withstood some nasty hits (without the luxury of regen), so it would seem kinda arbitrary to decide an unarmed tier and weird since they don't normally fight without weapons (imagine a Tier for Iron Man without technology).

Tanjiro's father, could also have a profile since he easily killed a Large Bear in a couple quick strikes.

MCU Iron Man does have a tier without Technology.
But the comic book one doesn't for some reason.
I'm sure if we went through the comics we could find an accurate tier for Tony without his suit.
