Sound like hyperbole to me. The best we have is the gigantic house that was made just to act as a labyrint, but even if you translate it to AP it's nowhere near above 8-A regardless.

While I am not far enough to know about this stuff, saying it's automatically hyperbole is not a good thing. It depends how and from whom this information was given along with context. I think you mean that it could be an outlier and not hyperbole.

Not really, no. It is a statement done by a lower level demon as far as I remember. They hardly know anything about the actual top dogs.

Depends on the context like I said.
One thing being a higher end feat doesn't make it an outlier, especially if these guys are far above the others. However, this does seem like an outlier for now. We need all the feats to be calced though.

On chapter 23 there is a good speed feat. Zenitsu blizted that demon from a considerable distance, and thats a supersonic feat, even more depending of the distance (with 2 meters it is close to sound speed, and the distance look like more than 3 or 4 meters)
