kaido has advanced bosu not beyond advanced
to summarize, i vote DK for:
poison, curse, and sickness manipulation which kaido doesn't resist
the ruler, which nulls almost every ability kaido has
considerable ap advantage in base and one shots with his sword since it's a 10x amp
kaido can't incapitate unless he drains DK's stamina which he probably can't do because of reasons listed above

that's not a canon size, meliodas is 5 foot and he's the size of escanor's palm
DK is able to hold gelda (average human height) like a doll and pinch her head with 2 fingers
he also dwarfs diane who's 30 feet
there's also other instances of them being massive but he's at minimum around base kaido since he's like 27 feet iirc

kaido has a speed advantage, he can outright blitz with some attacks
higher durability and can have an ap advantage if he go all out
he still can't overcome the stuff DK has
