Alright, so let's talk about DKD's speed.

Part 1/High Tier speed

For starters, Hypersonic rating goes away. The issue with the calc that I didn't notice before is that the anime portrays Akuto to in-fact reacting to Boichiro's attack. So, it's not usable due to the basis being a speed blitz.

Then, how will the ratings look like? Well, personally I suggest going back to Supersonic, but add a "likely High Hypersonic". Supersonic is straight foreword as those were the ratings they had before. Now, High Hypersonic are new raitings.

I am advocating for it due to Brave being able to travel into space, and the escape velocity is approximately Mach 33 going by wikipedia. (not to mention him traveling there while carrying a space shuttle) Here is the scan from the light novel:


Part 2/Top Tier speed

I propose Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions to Awakened Demon King's and those who scale. This is due to Akuto being relative to his own cloud-to-ground lightning:


As seen, Kazuko can react to lightning and fire off an attack, so she will have MHS+ perception. However, Akuto can act while its traveling and pretty much everything happened in an 'instant'.
