Instinctive is for characters who are incapable of conscious thought. Animalistic have very bare bones basic reasoning.

I checked it myself in the Intelligence page and I personally do not think the difference is that much because animals are just animals, and they all can do "pre-programmed" things without a self-awareness, though it's just my nitpick here.

VSBW will give a distinction between Instinctive and Animalistic but won't put a distinction between the 1300x difference of 9-B and 9-A. Oh my Titan bruhhhhhhh

When the Dark Fountain's power becomes too strong and overflows, a Titan is born, and a Titan can be sealed by the Soul's light due to being like a Dark Fountain. The Titan being born from and being like a Dark Fountain does not mean the Titan's stats scale to a creation feat like birthing a Dark World.
The Titan is not a "walking 4-A realm" because it's not a Dark World. Neither is it the embodiment of one nor is it the size of one. There are characters who have far more direct creation feats that don't scale to their own stats. You need to provide textual evidence that the Titans can attack with the same power that the Dark Fountains use to sustain a Dark World. At most it'd be environmental destruction, but I'd disagree with even that.
Ralsei's explanation of the Titan just isn't convincing at all that it should be 4-A. If there's any extra evidence that'd be lovely.

So, just to be clear: Kris, Susie, and Ralsei (and I guess Gerson) jump to full-on 4-A physically from this? I'm not being sarcastic, I'm genuinely asking. If so, that seems a bit extreme, but nothing contradicts it so fine, I guess

If i recall it's 8-C, At most 4-A. not full on 4-A.
The only people who scale to 4-A fully are the titan and Gerson (goated)

There is no real link between Chapters 1-3 and 4 (besides Susie cracking the Knight's sword, but that's probably PIS), so them jumping from 8-C to 4-A has a kind of a justification.

In this case we see they as sort of smoke as we climb it and much more so when Kris and Susie can just... just inside of it easily, also pretty sure we only see smoky whatever inside it in that scene

That smoke is just the fountain's darkness it creates for making a Dark World. The Titan just kinda used that to beat ts outta everyone while it was hatching. That isn't really apart of it per say also isn't either.
