Seeing people post memes about the Knight being a fraud due to Kris holding back, which honestly has been funny to see.

I think statements have indicated that the Knight is at least more powerful than Queen, but presumably we can't really scale him above the Titan due to the aforementioned "Kris was holding back" idea
 
She manages to OHKO the entire party, she's stronger than anyone else in the game atm (except the Titan and maybe Giga Queen)

Plus, Susie and Ralsei don't hold back in that fight, Kris only holds back because they have a secret alliance with her
 
I say until we get confirmation we probably would just call Knight by non-gendered pronouns, though yeah I think it's gonna be Dess. Happy to be proven wrong, I like a surprise

But yeah Susie and Ralsei weren't holding back and the Knight did fold them.

Has anyone calc'd how fast they ran from Toriel's house to the bunker at the end of chapter three?

I don't think that'd end up being notable. They left a decent bit before, and Kris/Susie took a while to get there.

Susie's speed from grabbing Tenna should easily land higher.

And tbh, I don't think they have enough known in the light world to justify a key for that.
 
I believe that part of the reason there are so many fraudknight memes is also because of the secret line if you get through the battle with a no-hit and the Knight needs to resort to a shortscene to avoid getting beaten up by the player in battle.

Just beat Chapter 3, and I gotta say, it was a good time! Might be my favorite chapter, though maybe not; the music didn’t really hit that much for me. Probably won’t get to Chapter 4 till tomorrow because the Roaring Knight secret fight is ******* aids lol.

Edit: Really hoping Tenna isn’t dead. He’s like neck and neck with queen for my favorite “main chapter villains”.

No spoilers, asking for a... friend.

Also if it's the spiral attack you're struggling with (I see most struggle the most with this one), hold the slowdown button and do slight movements along with the spiral. It's very hard to figure out, also being one of the most dangerous attacks due to rapid fire swords that are very hard to recover from which also effectively ignore i-frames. Just stay calm.

The other one I find the worst is the screen splits. Just reaction time for that one, but try and stay corner

Relativistic DR has become consistent with the larger volume of light based things to measure against, Dark Fountains are 4-A, Titans are practically Dark Fountains and is thus a bridge to scale the main cast to 4-A, and lastly there’s Subsonic LW Susie/Transonic Burgerpants and an 8-C feat from Elnina (very exciting compared to everything else, I know)

I haven’t been paying attention very well so there’s prob things I missed

Also Gerson is sans but cooler
FR tho can we acknowledge that he not only dodges like Sans, but steals items?! My man didn't get hit a SINGLE TIME (other than his belt/sash thing) throughout the entirety of chapter 4 --- the only thing that (I think) did him in was the sealing of the dark fountain

HE NEEDED EXISTENCE ERASURE TO COME FOR HIM FOR HIM TO LOSE 😭
and I don't even think he's actually DONE FOR.

Also little theory of mine, I think he could actually live in castle town, as it was created by the Roaring Knight, which I assume is what Ralsei meant by "specific darknesses" when Susie tried and failed.

How does the main cast scale to a Titan?

From what I recall, they were only able to superficially harm the outer shell, and defeated it via sealing.

Also, why isn't Gerson Tier 0?

If it's not using its full power in its attacks.

We know it's not actually conscious, currently 'hatching' and a lot of its attacks are throwing its babies at you.

It doesn't really feel thematically correct for the Fun Gang to scale to it.

Some people offered a “8-C, possibly 4-A” earlier unless you wanna argue soley for 8-C without 4-A (besides creation)

That makes the most sense to me, personally.

I think they tank too many direct attacks to ignore, but that the narrative context makes me seriously question if the titan was using its full strength (yet).

Arguing that it wasn’t going all out because it’s not self-aware feels backwards.
Like wouldn't it having no consciousness mean it couldn't make the conscious thought to deliberately restrain itself?

Especially since the Titan's literally just designed to destroy, everything in its path.

Yeah, but it was also "hatching" and "spawning", implying it has some sort of preparation coded into it.
 
I'd go for a "Likely", even, but I just really feel like the narrative intention is not to imply the Fun Gang is anywhere even remotely as powerful as the titan.

Friendly reminder it was HIS Bros. Attack that let Susie one-shot the armor and defeat it in the first place.

Even upon entering the fight, he severely damaged it with a SINGLE attack

Yes, I do believe Gerson scales directly, but he's also implied to be a lot stronger than anyone in the Fun Gang.

Is there anything that specifically states that the Titan needs time to fully form/would not be using their full power? Because I agree with the sentiment above that it could get backwards with the whole no consciousness thing when Ralsei states that “it only exists to destroy.” And isn’t it all but fully formed by the fight with the Fun Gang?

I mean, I agree. It took the goat Gerson for them to stand a chance but they could simply be scaled far lower than the Titan and still be capable of taking hits/harming in the realm of 4-A

There’s also this… and I 100% believe Gerson scales as well. I’m going to go out on a limb and say with the exception of the Titan and The Knight (Mayyybe GIGA QUEEN) Gerson is the strongest character thus far

It's sort of implied it needs to finish hatching before it starts destroying the world, and they only can't beat it because it's hatching fast.

"How the hell are we supposed to... beat it?"

"I... I don't think we can... it's hatching so fast."

And this is right before him coming up with the idea that Kris could be able to seal it (as an unless), implying he considered fighting it possible provided it was hatching slower, implying it must be much stronger when fully hatched.
