She has a speed amp to help her and Ranso Tengai to keep fighting even if she's to the point she can't move her body by herself, and her Soul Resistance is good enough to avoid getting Soul Ripped, dunno about Ryoko.

Observation Haki is used to track people far superior to their own movements. Even little girls who have no fighting capabilities could sense lightning speed characters passively.
