This Quincy is one of the ones that’s only been depicted as made of Reishi so she would be invisible too. All the sternritter have invisibility.

But yeah Ryuko should be fine fighting her as well, her senses are enhanced to the point of being able to detect a single person in a crowd kilometers away while she was in the middle of a chaotic battlefield, she regularly fights afteimage spammers and invisibility users, and she scales to Nui who casually detected both an invisible opponent and avoided invisible attacks

Spirit in One Piece is just a soul.
Kenbun (Observation) was shown to be attached to the user's soul, since when a character's soul (Sanji) was placed into a body of a person without Kenbun (Nami), he could use his Kenbun in her body.
If you need the "invisible" portion, they could use Observation Haki to see invisible slashes from Kaido.
So they see both spirits and invisible objects.

Ehhh not really sure how to answer that. They’re made of a different form of matter that can’t be detected in anyway within the series besides by those with a certain level of spiritual awareness. You can’t even hear them if they were shouting right next to you lol.

Since Big Mom has precog I’d say it would be difficult to hit her although I’m not sure how it would perform against Danmaku. If Bambi gets angry she is just gonna nuke shit until it sticks.
