Alright. For one, he should have small building durability at the very least due to taking hits from He Who Dwells (a giant angel), Augustine's giant rock scorpion, and rockets from helicopters. In fact, taking those down might be solid building level feats.

Wouldn't Eugene creating his own giant world account for some sort of feat? I would say that's MCB at best. And Brooke did make a giant concrete island and easily destroyed a big bridge

But the He Who Dwells feat occurred in a virtual world, created by Eugene, inside of a computer, so I'm not sure how legitimate/quantifiable said feat is.
