yeah but she held back in the manga as well, so she still is weaker, and since there is no statement on how much, we can assume it's the same as in the manga

i said probably since she there was no comments on it about how much she held back in the manga and anime, and since the anime is based off it it could be the same, oh and don't say that they had different time frames, like i said, cinematic timing, read my other comment, finally did she really hold back, or did she do it with ease

I still dont really understand your logic,like you said Tat already has High 6-C,another some 6-C feat she did effortlessly and not even with direct use of her power not conflict her tier,there is something that called hold back

There are two versions of the feat Tatsumaki has her tier based on. One version is High 6-C, the other version is 6-C. If we decided to use the 6-C version, then her tier would be downgraded to 6-C. Her "holding back" has absolutely nothing to do with anything.

^But Tat has that High 6-C feat also in the anime,she stop those bullets. having another some 6-C feat not change her tier. Beerus is universe level but he "fail" to kill Bulma so we should downgrade him to 10-A? he wasnt serious and same about Tat, i dont understand your point

The High 6-C feat and the 6-C feat are the exact same feat. It's just if you calc the same feat in the anime version, it gets 6-C. So if we're using the anime versions of feats, she gets downgraded. Do you understand now?

Ok i understand now,but i have one last question how exactly in the anime it was calc as 6-C instead of high 6-C if this is the same feat from the manga?
