The reason why is because it was never proven that arceus erased the boulders from existence, perhaps they were destroyed,teleported, or erased from spacetime.

Erasing from spacetime or even just turning the matter into nothing already are (low level) versions of void manipulation.

So most reality warpers (and almost all on 2-C level) actually have low level void manipulation, it is nothing special (de facto for most I personally wouldn't even bother putting it on the profile, because that degree of void manipulation is a minor sub-power of many more general powers that can be taken for granted. It is just important that it exists as a separate page for those that have the ability without a more general ability causing it).
