Death the Kid vs Panty Anarchy

Can these two BE any more different? In character, no prior knowledge or prep time, Panty has both of her guns and they can harm Kid but is not allowed to use the Ultimate Weapon, both start in their base forms, takes place at Death Weapon Meister Academy. Who wins?

Well Shinigami in the traditional sense are known as deities or spirits of death. And since Soul Eater doesn't go in depth or give its own interpretations of a Shinigami. It's likely that Kid is a traditional Shinigami and can be harmed by Stocking and Panty's weapons

Also I vote for Kid because he's pretty skilled and an nigh excellent fighter if he wasn't a perfectionist

Sorry I'm new so I could be something wrong but I choose Kid.

He isn't fighting alone and I think he's a better fighter. Also since Panty can't use her ultimate weapon that's another reason.

It's a pretty close fight, I mean a REALLY close fight (From what my knowledge of these characters is) but I think Kid can win this. (Also he has a flying skate board which is awesome)
