Her overall popularity, I've read around that Yoko Taro is pretty open for collabs including her and the sheer amount of collaborations with her appearing in other games. It makes you think she'd be a safe and easy pick.

That mean nothing, literally nothing. Superman doesn't have a set level of power and depends on the author. Saying he's as strong as the mainline version is like saying he's as strong as he would be if that author wrote him, which is a nothing statment.

It doesn't help that Brian has never written a Superman book. Only Flash, Batman and Injustice.
That and Superman canonically having a variable stat makes tiering even harder.
And if the idea of Godzilla's radiation being similar to Kryptonite is real, then it's highly likely Godzilla one shotting Supes is more Dura neg than straight up AP.
