DEATH BATTLE atomic breath calculation: Can this be scaled?

I'm sure a lot of people here watched the Godzilla vs. Gamera DEATH BATTLE. The calculation for Godzilla's atomic breath flight scaled to 90,000 tons yielded for them a pressure of 2.2 Quintillion N/m^2. My question is, can this be scaled linearly to a different weight, or is this something that doesn't scale linearly?

Wasn't that atomic breath from Showa Godzilla where he lifted himself up from the ground and flew away? Not sure if that would scale to other versions but I don't think it would scale linearly.

Yeah, that's the feat. I want to know how they managed to calculate the pressure required to lift 90,000 tons.
