In the manga, in chapters 46 to 64, Moro is shown controlling the planet's magma to fight Goku and company, Goku withstood the magma at point blank range in his base form, then Vegeta is shown resisting the magma and Moro bury him with the magma and he will come out of there as if it had not been affected he, and yes, that was purely magma, so much so that we can see how Moro pulls it from under the ground and how it solidifies after coming to the surface, cooling and becoming rocks igneous, and in chapter 64 we have absolute proof that it really is magma, as Moro is seen burning himself when touching it and a magma pool
The resistance of Goku and company who scales with this will be around between 650 and 1200 ºC according to wikipédia

Wasn't Moro badly burned by that when it hit him directly? After MUI Goku kicked him into it?

It's wildly inconsistent and not realistic for Dragon Ball characters to even get hurt by lava despite how much thermal energy Ki blasts would realistically generate

But this looks fine.
