Reiner, you can do this through the BOG, and with several mention of examples proving that they have infinite speed, like Whis who reacted to Gogeta's teleportation and such, or even using the hitto anime argument

The wiki treats Jiren, Broly, and Gogeta as having comparable speed. Scaling them all to the 245 septillion C rating. UIO3 Goku needs to be comparable to that speed to fight Jiren who is using his full power by the time Goku is about to reach MUI.
