Isaac Westcott should have Passive power nullification.

In the scan revealed that upon becoming the second primordial spirit, his body was enveloped in a layer of Reiryoku, possessing the same power as Deus. And all of Tohka's attacks were neutralized upon contact with that mana.

Could this be considered a form of passive power nullification?

I mean.. isn't Tohka a much lower tier then Westcott who should be Low 2-C ?

Westcott comments that he has more reiryoku then Tohka in this instance so the reiryoku is acting more like a forcefield here

You could try to change his limited powernullifcation justification by abit because it comments on the reiryoku being similar to Mio's astral dress but thats about it

Limited Powernullifcation (Reiryoku is constantly enveloping westcott and is similar to Mio Takamiya's Astral Dress which can nullify physical attacks to an extent)

I won't comment much but , for this reason
Mio and Isaac should have different power null justifications , as they nullified each of the Spirit's attack

That is true... Mio can nullify attacks from other angels and I guess Westcott should get that ability too because he has the same abilities as Mio.
