IIrc Tony was a part of some sort of council together with Strange, Namor, Black Panther, Black Bolt and Prof X. Upon meeting the latter, Jarvis immediately tells Tony that X was trying to read his mind. So yeah, he does have resistance to mind Hax.

He has resistance to mind Hax, but I don't see what is stopping Vader from chocking him or simply crushing the armor using the force. Voting for Vader for now, unless someone can show me examples of Tony resisting things like this as well.

I don't know if it's canon, but Iron Man has flown into the core of Ego the Living Planet. Yes, through all that magma and pressure and he came out just fine.
To add to that, Tony And Reed Richards acquired a head of Tony from another Universe with armour more advanced than anything the current Tony had. It had a virus that could disable all electroninc equipment around it.
Alas, I don't know if using that head is allowed or not, so I'm still not going to vote just yet
