Darkseid's 2-A is baseline while Galactus is quite a ways above that. Also Ultimate Nullifier Galactus is a glass cannon. This seems the most fair.

Lifebringer Galactus is much stronger than Darkseid I think. He was easily amongst top 10 marvel characters during the Cosmic Jailer storyline
