And in the latter case no size was even specified. We were simply told that it was born from the remnants of a world that dwarfed galaxies. It has certainly not been shown at anywhere remotely that size when Superman and other DC heroes have visited.

the boom tubes alter your size there was even a story line about visiting new genesis with out a boom tube and they were increidably small to them http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mf0s4irIcw1qz4kbl.jpg and the full context is that the planet of the elder gods were New genesis and Apokolips so there about half that size which is gigantic still. and Anti monitor in the new 52 destroyed the universe that the crime syndicate and was said to be strong enough to cause of a crisis

You are using showings from the Pre-Crisis and Post-Crisis continuities to scale the entirely different New 52 continuity again. If you are doing this deliberately to trick the staff, it is a ban-worthy offense.

As for the Crime Syndicate, only their Earth was destroyed as far as I am aware. Also, there are no stars shown next to Apokolips in that image.

Well, these things don't look like stars. Like, at all. They are planets it moons most likely.

Also, Anti-Monitor didn't destroy any universes. The Crime Syndicate one wasn't destroyed. Hell, even the planet wasn't destroyed, cause he just absorbed the life essence of every human being there. It's evidenced when Pandora travels to that universe and encounters a dying alternate Martian Manhunter. So in no way New 52 Anti-Monitor or Darkseid are universal.
