Simple Change: Dark Souls III boss scales above the Ashen One, whose "At least High 4-C , possibly 4-B" . Please fix it from their current 4-C rating.

She doesn't scale above Ashen One, you can literally fight her early in the game. She does scale to Yuria, who can minorly harm the Soul of Cinder, who is a low-end High 4-C.

So 4-C is fine.

No? High 4-C is nigh-baseline. IIRC he's High 4-C for being like 10x baseline 4-C from the known Lords of Cinder.

Link? I'm not aware of a single Dark Souls calc, just a multiplier based on the absolute minimum of Lords of Cinder puts him into High 4-C.
