This is a pretty straightforward battle and Cap has better stats, so he's winning all three rounds.

Would DD put a good fight?

Probably, IIRC in the Winter Soldier movie Batroc did pretty well for a normal human fighting Captain America, and Daredevil is likely stronger than him. But Batroc only did well until Cap decided to take him a little more seriously. After that he defeated Batroc in about 20 seconds or so without using his shield, and that includes giving him time to get up after he knocked him to the ground in 10. So it would likely be a short fight, especially Round 3.
