After reading Dante's profile more extensively I also agree he'd win.
His experience, slight durability negation and and quicksilver would compensate for the minor strength advantage Ryuko has (at least going by the results of their calcs) and could eventually overcome the regen with difficulty.
It seems like Burning has added the results. I'll close this.
