Where did you get that? And yeah like Gargoyle said you can't restrict abilities if they do not affect one's tier

Judging by the "+" in Jinpachi's AP I think he should be stronger than Dante, although the latter holds a really good versatility with his Devil Arms and Styles (Quicksilver, Doppelganger, etc.)

Can't say much about skill for Jinpachi, but Dante literally masters Devil Arms the second he obtains them, so I'll vote Dante for now, unless Tekken experts have something to bring on the table
