Just gave Hiro's page a cursory glance. All I have to say is that Dante mega-stomps. As what Dante Demon Killah said, considering you specified Dante can use Majin DT/Desperation Devil Trigger. Dante is at least in his DMC2 Key, Anything DMC2 and beyond has Dante at Universal.

Hiro doesn't have any hax to get passed the tier gap or a defensive hax that would allow him to survive despite tier gap. However, even if he did, he's too slow considering speed isn't equalized. Dante blitzes and one-shot's.
