Dante had Access to all of His Equipment

Dante could barely see THE WORLD

Dante had 5 Gold orbs

Dante could use DT and MAJIN DT but only for 5 minutes

Battle takes place in The Joestar Mansion
 
same, it's why I haven't closed yet
 
Dio has accumulating damage in time stop and with FTL combat speed Muda Muda does above infinite damage.
