Danny vs Chad

Chad just seems to have the AP advantage.
Danny resists soul stuff and has varity on his side. While Chad can hit Danny even while he's intangible, Danny also utilizes Body Control to open holes in his body to dodge as well so if he realizes Chad can hit him he'll just use that method to dodge and Danny has Regenerationn (Mid-High). Add Possession into the mix which effects the body on a molecular level and the mind. Chad only resists the soul aspect which isn't enough. Danny also has flight advantage plus due to recent revisions, ghost attacks effect the mind and soul as well as the body and again, Chad only resists the soul part.
Chad's only win method would be if Danny's ghost powers go on the loop and he reverts back to his human form and will lose out on his Regenerationn. However Danny can still utilize his ghost powers and still fly away from Chad or just change back, it's not like Danny doesn't have total control just that occasionally his powers will act up but it isn't that big of a problem and it was only an early season 1 thing and by early I mean episode 1 lol.
Danny wins pretty easily unless I'm missing something.
