He isn't always intangible last I checked. He can turn it on and off.

Tatsumaki can exorcise ghosts, being an esper like Mob. Tatsumaki stomps, no?
There was a recent audio book where she stated she can exorcise ghosts, and tried to exorcise one, but it turned out to be Pre-baldness Saitama so she failed to do so.

We don't cross-scale abilities inherent to one verse, otherwise Tatsumaki would have unwarranted resistance to mind-hax and curse manip, regen negation on ghosts and a lot of other stuff. Only physical statistics scale.AtomicSekiro said:

Does Danny have to come out of his intangible state to attack? If that's the case, Tatsumaki should win by breaking his neck the second he tries to attack. Speed is equalised, afterall.

Funny, I was thinking about this match when I saw Tats get upgraded to Low 6-B but it's a stomp in Danny's favor so I didn't bother.
Ghosts in Danny Phantom naturally have no true physical form. They manifest physical ectoplasmic bodies in order to physically interact with the real world otherwise they will phase through everything. To make up for this, ghosts also have the power to turn their physical bodies that they create intangible. So for Danny to hit Tatsumaki physically he would need to stay in a physical form or use tangible ectoplasmic attacks.
Also no, a broken neck isn't going to stop Danny. For one, he doesn't even have a real bone structure, what we see is just a fake one made of ectoplasm. Plus even if you low ball, Danny has regenerated from small puddles of ectoplasm so she can't put him down with a broken neck.
The only possible way she can win is to wait for him to run out of stamina and let him pass out as Danny Fenton or knock him out herself while he's in human form. Note that if she kills him when he turns back into a human it will result in her fighting a 100% ghost Danny Phantom as killing his human half will not kill his ghost half.

Mob stomps Danny with speed equalized. Mob is a literal perfect counter for Danny since he resists all of his hax as well as negate his Regenerationn and Danny can't overpower Mob's TK.
