I think Clockwork should have Causality Manipulation. First let's look at the description of the power...

"The user can redirect any cause to any effect, undo anything by inverting the relation cause/effect, or even separate them entirely, making a specific effect impossible to be caused or a specific cause not producing any effect."

Evidence

Clockwork can change the effect of how the rules of time are applied to the characters in the verse.

In season 2, episode "The Ultimate Enemy", it is shown that when you have Clockwork's time medallion on, you become immune to the rules of time, as Tucker stated "It's like a get out of time free card". And when Sam removed her and Tucker's time medallion before they got crushed, and were immediately sent back to their time period.

We are also shown and told that the time medallion that Dan fused inside Danny was keeping him rooted in the future. As stated by Vlad and Danny...

Vlad: "So your saying there's a medallion lodged within you, keeping you rooted in this time period?"

Danny: "Yes, but I can't reach it."

Despite how these effects are shown to work, Clockwork altered this effect and instead of Skulktech 9.9 being sent back to his time period, Clockwork transported him, Danny and crew to his lair and then he sends Skulktech back to his time period. Showing us that he manipulates the effects of how the rules of time are applied to the characters.

Further evidence is found in season 2, episode "Masters of All Time", in this episode, Danny askes Clockwork if he can go back in time and stop Vlad from getting his ghost powers and prevent the ecto acne outbreak. Despite Clockwork telling him it's a horrible idea, he allows Danny back in time in order to teach him a lesson as stated....

Clockwork: Changing the past could have dire consequences, are you willing to take that risk?

Danny: Please... Tucker and Sam are my best friends, and I don't have a choice.

Clockwork: You always have a choice, but since you insist on learning things the hard way...

When Danny changes the past, Clockwork immediately sends Danny to the present but in this timeline, Jack became "Plasmius" and never married Maddie, and by extension Danny was never born however you can see, Danny still continued to exist.

Clockwork clearly altered how the rules of time applied to Danny in order to teach him a lesson, and this isn't a case of Acausality because the entire plotline of "The Ultimate Enemy" is the Observants wanting Clockwork to destroy Danny to prevent him from becoming Dan which wouldn't have worked of Danny and by extension Dan were acausal.

Conclusion

With this stated Clockwork should have Causality Manipulation...

Causality Manipulation (Can change the effects of how the rules of time are applied to others, allowing Danny to continue to exist even after he changed his past to one where he was never born)

If we list something like that as causality manip it should be listed as limited Causality Manip, IMO.
It's a very specific application and quite restrictive when compared to characters with a more general version of the power.

Alright then.

Since this is accepted, I'll add Limited Causality Manipulation to his page.
