IIRC, Ichigo has a nifty speed advantage.

Current Ichigo is supposed to be equal to or stronger than Dangai Ichigo, both versions of Ichigo's stats are roughly equal to one another. Yusuke might as well be fighting current Ichigo.

Besides speed, they are pretty much even and Ichigo is the one with the benefit of being faster. So I would say this goes to Ichigo.
