I didn't see corruption on base Ganondorfs powers and abilities (though considering its all blue text, it's kind of hard make out). How does it work? Because Dan resists corruption.

He also likes to use his energy to restrain others and create duplicates of himself to gain the numbers advantage. For defense, he uses body control to open holes in his body or turning himself into smoke to avoid attacks.
Dan can open portals to different dimensions such as the human world and ghost zone, so he could come back unless the place Ganon sends him to is disconnected from other dimensions or screws with Dan's powers?
Ganon is just as likely to try a million others things as he is to try BFR, plus Dan also having dimensional travel means he can just come back from the BFR anyway.
Ganon could just fight with his soul alone, and can Dan come back to the battlefield with his portals? It just says he can create portals to and from that ghost zone
Yes, Dan can come back to the battlefield. It's how he continues to cause destruction on Earth and the Ghost Zone. If he couldn't dictate the where the portal would take him, he'd end up anywhere in the infinite universe of infinite Ghost Zone and would not be able to get anything done.
