Xue Ying doesn't have 7-D in this key.

He has Mind/Soul, Dream, Poison, Sleep, Chaos, Time-Space (Sealing), Void, Information Analysis, Statistics Reduction, all being 5-D. He also resist most of them and likely more since he can become one with the Mirage World.

He also has 3 true bodies one existing in a hidden place where the Laws of his homeplanet dwelves, one in another Universe and the one he use for all things. As long as one survive he will never die as each one of them has his full power and can recreate the others. He can also create 9 others Clones that have his full power as much as he want but just 9 at full power.

He has reliant immortality on the Mirage World which is 5-D.

He can look in past, present or future to see all information about someone which would help.

He also has Low 2-C attacks with Black Gourd which can instantly kill even those stroger than Xue Ying, even more hax-ed than him be in hax or resistance.

D has resistances to all tof those on a 5-D scale and more, and has Acausality types 2 and 4, so looking into past present and future wouldn't help much. As for Xue being reliant on the mirage world, don't think D could do much there. Doesn't have his 5-D EE in his base form.

As for Black Gourd, D resists death manip, and even if the Black Gourd does kill him he'll immediately resurrect / regen.
