Any spefic edition of D&D? I know AD&D has multiversal shennigans going on and planet busting sentient star constellations.

Naah, I didn't have any specific edition in mind. It doesn't even need to be about feats, specifically.

That said, where do said multiversal/planet/star-busting shenanigans come from, if you don't mind me asking?

The Constellates from 2nd ed spell jammer are sentient constellations. I think all the multi-versal stuff is from Die Vecna Die. Unless you count Graz'zt taking other planes into his realm as being multiversal for some reason.

Like Webcamparrot said the constellations come from Spelljammer. But there are other multiversal stuff outside of Die Venca Die. Like the Titans representing concepts, the Greek Gods shattering part of Mount Olympus , or the Braham being one with everything. But in general it had weird things like infinite planes of infinite size or rivers that dwarf stars
