Current Goku vs TTGL(Pre Big Bang Storm/Without Big Bang Storm).

TTGL has shown to move at least multiple quadrillions times faster than light. The only proof of speed we have for Goku is that he can move at least a couple hundred billion times the speed of light. Whether he can move faster than that or not, we don't know.
Also, another thing to consider in mind is that the galaxies in TTGL are MASSIVE. Considering that TTGL and the Grand Zamboa are literally standing on a galaxy that dwarfs them in size (the galaxy is probably over 100 million light years, and incredibly dense too), it is very likely that TTGL would completely outpace and smash Goku before Goku could even react.
The galaxies shown in TTGL seem to be incredibly large, dense, and solid, that's all I can say.

Didnt a lower version of ttgl attack from every point in history or something like that goku is screwed either way
