I vote Cat since he could likely use Reality Warping to subdue Curly and use his prep time to help him make a plan since he should know he can't permamently kill him with that regen (unless if it takes a long time in which case Cat can go ham on him)

I love this fight, but even with prep Non-C is hard to get by, not to mention Regen, which besides KOing Curly (which is impossible via Non-C) Cat can't kill him.
