Hmm... Unless this sealing has some OP thing that permits it to ignore guys who resist it (and knowing Digimon, that's more than possible), that shouldn't work as long as Ganon's conscious/not weakened.

Can Wisemon come back from Ganon's BFR?

Yeah, via his Book. With it he can traverse anywhere within space time. Also, it doesn't matter if the Dark World lacks space-time as the book leads to space time. And wherever the book goes, Wisemon goes.

As of now, Eternal Nirvana is just imprisoning the target within the Space-Time Stones for eternity.

A Digimon completely shrouded in mystery, it can appear anywhere in time and space via the Book. Treating the Book as a spiritual vessel, it frequently alters its shape to appear anywhere within the spaces and times which the Book has connected, and it is said that its true form remains within a separate dimension. Well, Link couldn't use his items in the Dark World, so maybe the Book won't work, too?

Well, Ganon can resist sealing and resisted Timestop from Link. He also managed to break free of the GGs' timestop which was supposed to keep him sealed forever, but it still took him centuries to free himself.

Btw, when you said he leads with Eternal Nirvana, did you mean that he seals his opponent or only his attacks?

Wisemon's Time Stop comes from Clockmo who can Time Stop Immeasurables.

Eternal Nirvana seals the opponent. Pandora Dialogue is the one that takes the attacks as it traps the attack in space time so that he can replay over and over again at high speed.
