One thing is that if Cuphead use his invencibility, Asgore bypass that, him passing to the Astral realm can be considered becoming his ghost/soul state, which is Undertale bread and butter, so that is one win condition for Asgore

Asgore scales extremely far above .044 tons and should therefore probably have the AP advantage.

You can´t scale higher than your opponent unless the scaling chain is huge

And huge= stomping someone who stomps someone who stomps someone... 7 to 16 times

Cuphead has a 3x ap advantage + the fire rate of his projectiles is ridiculous

Cuphead shoots asgore for like 2-4 seconds and asgore dies

Maybe i'm wrong here but can't asgore just attack cupheads soul and since he doesn't have any soul manipulation defense he would just get one-shotted?

Cuphead soul is in his body so Asgore has to attack his body and with his third super he can even control his own soul to attack with it

Also, not even Sans who bypass "invulnerability frames" can one shot, Asgore soul manipulation needs "several" hits but it would be extremely damaging

Magic attacks basically deal equivalent damage to the body and SOUL, so if Asgore were to hit someone that's like 8-C, their SOUL would also take no damage
