From what I gathered from Woki, the Culexus has a very strong passive power null + stats reduction that'd screw over the likes of AoC which rely on magic/supernatural/etc abilities. Not voting yet, but leaning towards the Culexus

For real though, as I said in chat, the Culexus definitely wins, the only question is if the match is notable enough.

AoC is literally fueled by supernatural powers, i'm not even sure if it would have the strength to punch the Culexus due to the whole blank stuff

I'd even say that the AoC might get killed by the mere presence of the Culexus if what I heard about it happening in canon is true, but even if it doesn't happen it'd be likely too crippled to do anything meaningful
