Cthulhu mythos; why is Randolph Carter's profile missing?

I only checked the OP of this thread and it basically proposes a 1A and a H-1A key for Carter and that's all
So I'm assuming that some reason to delete Carter's profile all together came up in between the discussion? I'll check this later when I'm free, thanks for linking the thread

From what I remember, they were doing a bunch of revisions to profiles and tiers, but no one had done so for Carter's profile so it was better to just get rid of it until someone could get to it.I only checked the OP of this thread and it basically proposes a 1A and a H-1A key for Carter and that's all
