I think Crota can win this battle with various Hax Passives and of course it will be troublesome for Mxy, with other Sword Logic & Hax, Crota can win this battle, Hax from Crota is not only 1 for Mxy's defense, and of course, not necessarily him have enough Defensive to handle the hax.

Since he started showing plot Hax powers? Idk which issue that was. And we also saw it in that one comic where he was sorta depowered. His mere presence was changing the plot of the story without him realising it. After he got his powers, everything returned to normal. It was shown that with his powers, he tries to restrict most of his abilities so he doesn't do too much harm to the universe.

Also his probability Hax was shown to be passive from emperor joker story.

Idrc about the match overall, just pointing out his powers works. Yes, they are passive, but he limits it to not cause harm to superman essentially. That dude always operates at extremely low power levels because that's how his character is most of the time written.
