Guernica's advantage(s):
1. Blitz with Soru
2. Durability amp with Tekkai
3. Arguably better LS (not that it'll matter here)
Sabo's advantages:
1. Is as strong, if not stronger (probably the latter).
2. Fire go brrr.
3. Stat amps go brrr.
4. Logia powers go brrr.
5. Pressure points can negate Tekkai.
6. Better Haki.
Voting Sabo.

I think he's just straight up stronger though.
Should scale to or above Sengoku's shockwaves, this is my personal scaling chain:
"Akainu < Whitebeard's shockwaves ( made him cough a ton of blood and broke his bones/organs ) <= Sengoku's shockwaves ( as both had the same effect on BB except Sengoku's were farther away ) > pre ts Burgess' durability < post ts Burgess' durability < Sabo < Sabo with the Mera Mera < Sabo with the Mera Mera and Haki"
I think he's just straight up stronger though.
