Counting to Infinity

So, let's say that a character can count to infinity. Like, the actual number. He starts with 1, then 2, then 3, and so ad infinitum, until he reaches infinity.

Does that grant anything at all? Does he have infinite speed or some type of ability...?

Can the character count up to this number in a finite time? If so then it's some type of infinite speed (though probably not combat applicable)

Or can the character count up to infinity after an infinite amount of time? Then that would be Immortality Type 1

I mean it should be combat applicable if they must use incantation for spells or some sort of move no atleast for the activation of it?

Well, perception speed is something like this: "i can see Jhon moving at infinite speed" "i can see that attack that is moving at infinite speed"
So you need to see if that "counting to infinity" can be used like that.
